Royal Caster applied irrefutable Refund & Return Policy

Warranty is applied to all product that we sell, and every cUstomer has their right for complain or return if there is any defect on our product that you received.

The warranty should cover two types of our cUstomer rights which consist of product exchange and refund. Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days since your purchase, after 30 days we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item mUst be unUsed and in the same condition that you received it and mUst be in the original packaging which valid with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Our warranty to our cUstomer is void if we find authentic evidence or signs of Use, item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

You can ask help and guide to our authorized seller or shop from where you buy the product if you find difficulties at this stage.

Interpretation

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes  possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You mUst inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform Us of your decision by:

 

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will Use the same means of payment as You Used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

 

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Exchanges

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and gifts cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
